What if I’ve already done a lot of healing work? Is this still for me?
Yes. And it may be especially for you. The women who benefit most from this retreat are the ones who have done significant work on themselves and are ready for the embodiment shift that intellectual understanding cannot create. If you’ve grown but love hasn’t caught up, that is exactly the gap this retreat addresses.
What if I feel nervous about attending alone or in a group?
That nervousness is completely normal, and we want you to know: This room is one of the safest spaces you will ever be in. The environment we create is warm, private, and deeply held. You will not be pressured to share anything you are not ready to share. Many of our most powerful client breakthroughs have happened in exactly this format –in a small, intimate circle where feeling seen is part of the experience.
What if I’m not currently dating?
You do not need to be dating to get everything from this retreat. The work we do is about who you are when it comes to love — your patterns, your nervous system, your relational wiring — not your current relationship status. Women who do this work when they are not yet dating often find that their romantic life shifts significantly in the months that follow.
What if I’m already in a relationship or married?
This retreat is not about “attracting a man.” It is about removing the Love Barriers that block you from fully giving and receiving love — and those do not disappear simply because you have a partner. In fact, some of the deepest patterns and emotional wounds surface more clearly once you are in an intimate relationship. How is this different from therapy, a virtual program, or another women’s retreat?
Most therapy, programs, and retreats create insight. This retreat creates embodiment. Knowing why you repeat a pattern is not the same as breaking it at the level where it operates. HeartWork™ works at the neurological, somatic, and energetic level, which is why the shifts are not just intellectual but felt, durable, and real. The in-person format is not optional for this level of depth. It is required.
Will I receive personal attention, or is this all group work?
It’s both. The retreat includes group HeartWork™ sessions, live group coaching, and individual attention from Gladys and Michelle throughout the weekend. Because we intentionally limit seats, every woman in the room receives real, personal coaching, not just content delivery.
Is this spiritual, practical, or both?
Both. Our work integrates faith, heart, and practical strategy. You will leave with a concrete Love Vision and Action Plan alongside the emotional and energetic shifts. We believe in honoring the whole woman – her mind, body, soul, and her goals.
Does the retreat include lodging accommodations?
Lodging is not included. The retreat takes place at a private mansion venue during the day. We recommend flying into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and arranging accommodations nearby. We will share hotel recommendations with registered attendees.
What food will be provided?
Catered dinners are provided on Friday and Saturday evenings, prepared by a personal chef. Please indicate any dietary needs at registration.
Can I arrive late on Friday or leave early on Sunday?
We strongly encourage your full presence for the entire retreat. The experience is intentionally structured so that each session builds on the last. Arriving late or leaving early significantly reduces what you are able to receive.

Do I need to be a current Heart's Desire client to attend?
No. This retreat is open to any woman who is ready for this level of work, regardless of whether she has worked with us before.
What is your refund policy?
Our commitment is to support you in unleashing your life in a profound way, regardless of what arises. If for any reason you cannot attend the Unleash Retreat on August 21-23, 2026, you payment may be transferred to our next live retreat, or you may choose to apply it toward a private coaching package.
